Barnardo’s commissioned us to design and develop a digital tool to help young people in Bradford navigate their way through the challenges of teenage years with information and advice, real stories and signposting to local and national services.
What we did
We recommended that developing a responsive website would be the best solution for delivering content which is accessible across a variety of devices.
Through conducting workshops with young people, we agreed the relevant topics of: mental health, self-confidence, friends & relationships, sex & sexuality, education & life choices, curiosity & addiction, and self-harm.
We partnered with various specialist practitioners from Child and Adult Mental Health Services (CAMHS) to develop suitable and clinically accurate content. We then refined this content – making it more concise and the tone more friendly for young people.
